Local Orders (Within Pakistan)

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Exchange requests based on change of mind, personal preference, or dislike will not be entertained.

  • Exchanges are only applicable in the following situations:

    • Size Issue: If the ordered size does not fit, a size exchange for the same outfit may be processed, subject to product availability.

    • Defective or Damaged Item: If the product received has major stitching faults, stains, or visible manufacturing defects.

Conditions for Exchange

  • The item must be unused and unwashed.

  • The product must be returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.


Refund Policy

Refund requests may be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refunds are only applicable under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is defective or damaged and cannot be replaced.

  • A wrong or missing item was delivered due to an error on our part.

Refund Process

International Orders

Exchange Policy

Due to logistical constraints, exchanges are not available for international orders.
